Our kindergarten students are finishing the state wide "Florida Assessments for Instruction in Reading" (FAIR) evaluations.   One of the tasks was to give an example of "cause and effect".  One of our children stated that "Jesus died on the cross."  When asked what the effect was, she so beautifully and simply replied, "To save us all from our sins, of course."  This is one of those glorious moments that reminds us why we teach in Lutheran Schools!
