Checklist

      First of all Pray!

□   Pray for your church and school staff and all who are coming to the Convo

□   Pray for the Keynote speakers as they prepare

□   Pray for the Workshop presenters

□   Pray for the Planning Committee

□   Pray for your family and others who will remain at home when you come to the Convo

     Get registered

□   Complete the registration form for  you and your staff - submit prior to Aug 26 for Early Bird Rate!!!

□   Identify staff with anniversaries of 10 years or more in increments of 5 years

□   Contact the Daytona Hilton and reserve your room(s) – submit your tax exempt information to the hotel

□   Arrange carpools of 4 or more for those from your church/school who are coming to the Convo

□   For churches/schools 300 miles or further from Daytona, contact airline rates and secure airline tickets

□   Secure per diem for your staff members
